Villa Apartments
Our villa apartments opened in 2006, and feature amenities, including first floor garages. Like our other residences, here, you can forget about housekeeping and home maintenance chores and focus on the activities that you love.
The villa apartments offer three floor plans — each includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All villa apartments have expansive windows, several closets, washers and dryers and kitchen appliances include: self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave convection oven, disposal, and dishwasher.
Some of the services and amenities included in the monthly fee are: flexible dining plan, housekeeping every other week, maintenance of grounds (including snow removal), maintenance of all Community-owned appliances/equipment, security, urgent call system, motion detector for daily check, Fitness Center, scheduled transportation for shopping, medical appointments and special event trips (theater, museums, symphony, dining, regional attractions, etc.).
