Joining Lakewood’s Priority List Keeps You a Step Ahead

As a member of the Priority List at Lakewood, your name will be placed on the list in chronological order to be notified when the residence of your choice becomes available or at a date you specify. And, membership has its privileges. As a member, you will have access to use the common areas of Lakewood and you will be invited to participate in social, recreational, educational, cultural, spiritual and other programs provided by Lakewood at established rates, if any. Members enjoy the opportunity to visit Lakewood for these events and to learn more about the wonderful lifestyle offered at the Community.

To join the Priority List, just click on "Application" and "Priority List Agreement", print the forms, complete them and mail the forms with your check ($1,050 for single or $1,100 for a couple - this is the total for the $1,000 refundable Deposit and the non-refundable Application fee(s)) to:
