A cottage at Lakewood Manor offers a comfortable and worry-free way of life — all while living in the privacy of your own home.
While living in your cottage, you experience all of the benefits that Lakewood Manor has to offer — from the dining room to on-site health services.
The cottages offer four floor plans. All have two bedrooms, two baths, den, two-car garages and porches. Cottages have 9 foot ceilings (some floor plans offer cathedral ceilings), expansive windows, several closets, washers and dryers and kitchen appliances include: self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave convection oven, disposal and dishwasher.
Some of the services and amenities included in the monthly fee are: flexible meal plan, housekeeping every other week, maintenance of grounds (including snow removal), maintenance of all Community-owned appliances/equipment, security, urgent call system, motion detector for daily check, Fitness Center, scheduled transportation for shopping, medical appointments and special event trips (theater, museums, symphony, dining, regional attractions, etc.).
